Iza Marija Loboda holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Ljubljana. Her main areas of interest are civil law, commercial law, and public procurement law. During her studies, she deepened and expanded her knowledge in these fields through participation in the Legal Clinic for Contract Drafting in the fields of civil and commercial law, as well as the Legal Clinic on Public Procurement, Concessions, and Public-Private Partnerships. In addition to her academic pursuits, she has also gained valuable legal experience through practical work. Her work at a notary office allowed her to deepen her understanding of civil and commercial law in practice, while her experience at a law firm—where she primarily worked in the field of criminal law—enabled her to acquire key skills for the effective and professional practice of law.
